Becky G brought sporty shoes — and a dash of Barbiecore sparkle — to the stage for her latest performance.
While onstage at the San Jose Center For The Performing Arts during her “Mi Casa, Tu Casa” tour, Becky G arrived in a pair of white sneakers. The “Esquinas” singer’s style featured a monochrome palette with paneled, smooth uppers, finished with thick rubber soles for a balanced base.
The versatile footwear added a clean complement to Becky G’s concert attire for the occasion, which leaned into the all-pink color palette that’s trended throughout the 2020s — also known as “Barbiecore.” The “Shower” singer’s outfit included a pink bra top and matching briefs, each covered in sparkling pink crystals. Her matching set added a bold, glitzy flair to the rest of her attire: a crystal-lined pair of distressed pink cargo pants, complete with a matching sheer pink shrug.
For a bejeweled finish, Becky G finished her outfit with an array of diamond rings, as well as a diamond bracelet, jewel-lined hoop earrings and a sparkly “B” pendant necklace.
Sneakers like Becky G’s are popular for their versatility, while details like thick soles and lace-up fronts provide added comfort and security. Since increasing in popularity in the 2020’s, styles are regularly released in various materials from numerous brands, including Vans, Superga and Alaïa.
When it comes to footwear, Becky G often opts for trendy and bold styles. The “Chanel” singer regularly wears pointed-toe pumps, stiletto and platform-soled sandals on the red carpet from top brands, including Jimmy Choo, Alexandre Birman and Femme Los Angeles. While on and off-duty, she regularly slips on platforms, wedged and flat sneakers from Nike, Converse and Steve Madden, as well as heeled booties from affordable labels like Nine West.
