Ashley Graham is the latest celebrity to step out in a pair of stylish Gianvito Rossi heels. In Milan attending the CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards on Sept. 22, the model wore glittering heeled sandals from the brand with a black dress from Philosophy.
Graham, who posed alongside Philosophy designer Lorenzo Serafini at the event, wore the brand’s black midi dress in jersey with rhinestones. Made of crêpe jersey material, the fitted dress featured a square neckline and barely-there spaghetti straps; small black rhinestones patterned the entire garment, contributing a glamorous sparkle while allowing the outfit to remain relatively understated. The dress retails for $1,295.
To complete the look, Graham slipped on Gianvito Rossi’s Montecarlo sandals. With a minimalist upper leaving much of the foot exposed, the shoe included a pointed sole and two glittering crystal-embellished straps stretching horizontally across the toes. Another strap encircled the ankle, featuring more crystals as well as a dainty black bow; meanwhile, a slender 4.1 inch heel lent Graham a significant boost. Priced at $1,295, the shoes are additionally sold in white, praline pink suede and silver options.

The CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards wasn’t the first event Graham attended in Milan during fashion week. She also made an appearance at Etro’s spring 2025 show wearing crocodile-embossed mule heels. Back in the States, Graham previously stepped out in another pair of Gianvito Rossi heels at a Harper’s Bazaar party held during New York Fashion Week — the Elle shoe is also a heeled mule style, though it features a transparent PVC upper.
Graham is not the only star to put a spotlight on the Italian company. Just yesterday, Lupita N’yongo wore a white pair of the brand’s Plexi pumps, which also incorporates PVC material.
