Ashley Graham brought chic minimalism to the front row during Paris Fashion Week.
On Sunday, Graham stepped out in the City of Light for Balenciaga‘s spring 2024 fashion show. While witnessing creative director Demna’s newest designs, Graham slipped on a pair of black boots. The “A New Model” author’s style featured sharply pointed toes and exaggerated counters across its stretchy matte uppers, which were finished with thin stiletto heels for a slick edge.
The “America’s Next Top Model” judge’s sleek footwear leaned into similar heeled boots, booties and bottoms worn by attendees during the occasion, including Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton and Kris Jenner. In fact, the silhouette and texture have become a signature of Demna’s throughout his tenure at the luxury fashion house — which is also seen in the brand’s current fall selection of pumps and boots, as well.
Graham gave her sharp heels a nonchalant finish by layering them under black denim jeans, which were worn beneath a khaki trench coat. The collared style featured a paneled bodice, as well as a thin black buckle cinching its attached waist belt. However, it also featured a secret detail revealed when brushed aside by the wind — a red, green and tan plaid lining, which gave Graham’s attire a cozy, autumn-worthy effect.
The model’s Balenciaga look was complete with the French label’s crystal-coated tubular earrings and a structured black handbag, bringing her outfit a nonchalant finish.
Paris Fashion Week is held from Sept. 25 to Oct. 3, marking the final week of Fashion Month. The occasion will feature a range of fashion shows and presentations from numerous brands across Paris, France, including Dior, Chanel, Schiaparelli, Loewe and more.
