Ashanti Shares Her Love For Jennifer Le’s Shoes, Modeling Two Different Styles on Instagram
Ashanti showed off her love of Jennifer Le shoes on social media on Tuesday, sharing photos of herself wearing a leather and denim ensemble featuring thigh-high stiletto boots and subsequently an outfit consisting of a minidress and sparkling heeled sandals.
In the first post, the singer, who was styled by Tim B, was dressed up in a beige fitted leather jacket featuring gold accents contributed by its buttons and zippers. She wore this garment with a pair of light wash denim skinny jeans, or another style narrow enough to allow for her shoes to fit over her pants. A metallic rectangular Dolce & Gabbana purse, amber-tinted aviator sunglasses and large hoop earrings were among her accessories.
Ashanti‘s footwear played a significant role in this ensemble. She wore a bold pair of over-the-knee Jennifer Le boots with the top of the shaft reaching around the mid-thigh area. Matching the hue of her jacket, the camel-colored shoes were embossed with a reptilian pattern. In addition to an ultra-high shaft, the boots were likely boosted by a stiletto heel. The pointed-toe shoes resembled Jennifer Le’s Caimon II style, though that specific color is not currently available on the brand’s website.
Not long after sharing that carousel of photos, Ashanti shared another post showcasing a different outfit. It was an ensemble she had recently worn on an episode of “Today with Jenna and Friends,” which aired on Feb. 28. She modeled a black and white fitted minidress with long sleeves and a turtleneck; the dress featured a graphic print of looping script that led to a striped pattern.
A pair of sparkly Jennifer Le sandals, specifically the brand’s Rope Chain Sandal in gold, accented Ashanti’s dress. The shoes featured crystal-embellished straps across the toes in addition to a crystal-embellished anklet and gold rope chain around the ankles; the stiletto heel was sculpted to resemble the gold rope chain. Not to mention, the gold leather of the shoes was snake embossed. These heels retail for $429 from Jennifer Le.
Among the topics she discussed on “Today with Jenna and Friends” was her new film “No Address,” which she stars in and executive produced; she plays a woman experiencing homelessness in the film. She attended the premiere for the movie in Los Angeles on Feb. 18 wearing Tom Ford heels.
Another brand Ashanti has worn is Dolce & Gabbana, donning denim boots from the luxury label to sing the National Anthem at Game 4 of the World Series in October.
Jennifer Le has become a favorite shoe brand among celebrities and stars like Mary J. Blige, Yung Miami, Khloe Kardashian and more have been spotted wearing the designer’s shoes over the years.
