Aoki Lee Simmons and Natalia Bryant took “balletcore” to edgy heights for Halloween.

On Instagram Stories, both models shared photos together while in costume — each dressed as a version of Natalie Portman’s Nina from the 2010 drama film “Black Swan.” Simmons leaned into Portman’s onstage “black swan” outfit with a pair of glossy, smooth black ballet flats, complete with rounded toes and thin ankle straps. The footwear added a slick finish to her outfit: a black minidress with a feathered neckline and a flared tulle tutu, accented by white tights.

Meanwhile, Bryant strapped on a pair of Miu Miu‘s white satin ballet flats for her “white swan” outfit. The Versace model’s $950 style was accented by thin leather bows on each toe, complete with logo-printed elastic straps. The set brought a monochrome finish to her ballerina ensemble, which featured white tights and a white minidress with an embroidered bodice and flared tulle skirt.

Both stars complemented their looks with matching accessories, similarly to Portman’s in the film. Bryant slipped on a white feathered headpiece, which coordinated with her matching dress and glittering eye makeup. Simmons, meanwhile, completed her dark ballet attire with angular black eyeshadow, gleaming eye crystals and a pointed black tiara — which also matched the titular film’s poster.

When it comes to shoes, Simmons often opts for chic and trendy styles. Both on and off-duty, she’s previously worn neutral ballet flats and espadrille wedges. However, as she’s grown up, the model has pivoted to wearing sleek pumps and strappy sandals from Stuart Weitzman, Jimmy Choo and more top labels. Off-duty, Simmons still favors heels, though she’s also slipped into leather sneakers from luxury brands including Alexander McQueen.
