Anya Taylor-Joy was photographed in New York City on Tuesday morning after her interview for “Live with Kelly and Mark,” wearing a pair of edgy thigh-high pointed-toe boots.
Continuing the promotion of her newest film “Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga,” this press circuit has seen the actress donning a range of fun footwear looks. On Saturday, Taylor-Joy attended a photocall at The Corinthia Hotel in London in a pair of black pumps that were adorned with thick straps and silver ornamentation. This followed the official premiere of the film at Cannes Film Festival over the weekend where the actress sported a pair of Ollie Sandals from Aquazzura.
For the UK premiere in London, the “Queen’s Gambit” star arrived at the BFI IMAX Waterloo to celebrate the release wearing Christian Louboutin’s So Kate pumps, which boosted a suede upper, a pointed-toe design and a stiletto heel that stood about 5 inches tall.

“Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga” centers around the origin story of renegade warrior Furiosa before her encounter and team up with Mad Max. The film was directed by George Miller, and will be officially released in theaters on May 24.
About the shoes
Taylor-Joy opted for a bold pair of edgy thigh-high boots for her New York City outing on Tuesday. Constructed in fine patent leather, the boots featured an angular pointed-toe design on the toe box alongside a slightly slouchy construction. Finished in a wooden brown color, the boots were completed by a stiletto heel that likely ranged between 4 and 5 inches based on the actress’ love of elevated silhouettes.
