‘Real Housewives of New York’ Returns, With A Shoe Moment for Rene Caovilla

The New York women are back. Season 7 is here, with the return of Bethenny Frankel, which means more drama and, of course, more fashion. In fact, the premiere episode included a big shoe moment for Rene Caovilla.
Dorinda Medley, a new edition to the show, has a scene with her daughter, Hannah, where she shows off a pair of Rene Caovilla shoes. The style? Swarovski-covered mules. Medley even makes a comment about how expensive they were. At first, it appears her daughter is unimpressed because the style is too “flashy.” Then her mother puts them on, and Hannah’s opinion immediately changes.
To continue with the brand love, Hannah then remembers that she recently spotted a pair of sneakers by Caovilla that she would like her mom to buy her (obviously). She shows her mom the style on her phone, and the scene ends.
Meanwhile, Frankel, a known fan of sky-high heels, from platform to strappy looks, is expected to bring a lot of laugh-inducing lines this season — and we hope some standout footwear, too.
