Kerry Washington Shines in Sleek Pumps at Giorgio Armani’s ‘One Night Only’ Fashion Show
Kerry Washington brought a burst of sparkle to Italy for Giorgio Armani‘s “One Night Only” runway show.
On Saturday, Washington hit the red carpet in Venice for the internationally traveling fashion show — coincidentally held during the Venice Film Festival. For the occasion, the “Scandal” actress wore a set of slick black pumps — complete with closed counters and sharp pointed toes.
Washington’s classic shoes were finished with thin stiletto heels, bringing her a dynamic height boost for the fashionable event. The “Little Fires Everywhere” star’s shoes also served as a neutral base for her outfit, styled by Mariel Haenn and Rob Zangardi: a sequined blue and dark indigo minidress, trimmed with gleaming pink and silver crystals for added glamour.
The star’s gleaming outfit was complete by Zangardi and Haenn with a set of glistening diamond drop earrings from Bulgari, providing her with a truly bejeweled finish.

Giorgio Armani’s “One Night Only” Armani Privé fashion show was held in conjunction with the Venice Film Festival, featuring an afterparty with music by Mark Ronson. Guests in the star-studded front row included Kerry Washington, Jessica Chastain, Kelsea Ballerini and Cami Mendes.
The Venice Film Festival will feature international movies and cinematic shorts debuting for the new season. The 80th annual event is also taking place during the SAG-AFTRA strike, which has current interim agreements to allow U.S. actors to appear at the occasion. Aside from numerous premieres — including “Maestro,” “Priscilla” and “Ferrari” — the week will conclude with its starry amFar Gala, featuring performances by Leona Lewis and Rita Ora.
