Kate Middleton continues to shock us with her bold footwear choices during her visit to Canada with Prince William.
Today, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the McBrise Museum of Yukon History, where the duchess wore a Carolina Herrera red coat — a color she’s been favoring during the trip so far.
For this look, she paired the coat with Tod’s fringe-and-buckle loafer heels that feature a chunkier heel than what we usually see Middleton wearing.
The deep burgundy/brown heels are available to purchase — and on sale! — at e-tailer Italist for €235, or about $264 at the current exchange rate.
But back to the color red. Middleton has worn a red Jenny Packham dress for an evening reception, a red and white Alexander McQueen dress, and red suede Russell & Bromley and Gianvito Rossi pumps.
Of course, it’s likely a nod to Canada’s colors of red and white, but we’re hoping the duchess will continue to add a bit more flair into her wardrobe even after she returns home.
