On Sunday afternoon, the Carolina Panthers picked up a much-needed win over the Arizona Cardinals, but it wasn’t the on-field action that had people talking after the game. Instead, the attention was on Panthers quarterback Cam Newton‘s colorful outfit, which included a soft pink suit, a turquoise hat and a pair Giuseppe Zanotti sneakers.
The star quarterback’s sneakers of choice were Giuseppe Zanotti’s 2014 collaboration with music artist Kid Cudi, a pair of high-top sneakers which, according to ESPN’s Darren Rovell, had been customized by a graffiti artist with a pattern reminiscent of a Jackson Pollock painting.
