Oboz Footwear Hires 15-Year Industry Veteran Lauren Colalillo as Its VP of Sales

In the role, Colalillo will oversee all sales activities for the brand and report directly to Oboz president Amy Beck.

Oboz Footwear has hired Lauren Colalillo, a 15-plus year outdoor industry veteran, as its vice president of sales.

In the role, Oboz stated Colalillo will be tasked with overseeing all sales activities for the brand and report directly to president Amy Beck. Also, Oboz said she will manage international sales as it continues to grow.

Her team includes regional sales managers Joel Conybear and Christian Schumacher, as well as sales operations director Steve Lowry.

“The minute I met Lauren I knew she was the one to drive our sales strategy,” Beck said in a statement. “Her love for hiking, infectious energy and keen business sense were immediately evident and will help us build on our global strategy and inspire more people to love hiking and love Oboz.”

Before joining Oboz, Colalillo most recently was the senior sales director for national accounts at Revelyst. She got her start in the industry with Wilson Sporting Goods in 2008, according to LinkedIn, and ended her nearly eight years with the brand as its national account manager.

Her resume also includes four years at Amer Sports as strategic accounts manager for e-commerce and outdoor specialty, and nearly a year as e-tail director of Salomon, one of its highest profile brands.
