Women’s Wear Daily will be honoring the fashion and beauty tastemakers, muses and legends whose creativity, craft and style create magic on the red carpet at the inaugural WWD Style Awards presented Jan. 3 at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills.
The awards are an extension of WWD’s annual Eye on the Red Carpet from the Golden Globes, where WWD experts provide in-depth reporting on the global fashion houses, designers, wardrobe stylists, makeup artists and hairstylists collaborating to create the iconic looks and moments that billions tune into each year during awards season.
“The WWD Style Awards is a testament to the incredible power of the red carpet and how it shapes so many areas of our businesses,” said Amanda Smith, chief executive officer of Fairchild Media Group. “So much time and creativity and craftsmanship go into these moments, and WWD really is the only brand that can tell this story in the way it should be told. I am proud of how this team has built a franchise that celebrates all that the fashion, jewelry and beauty community do to make this magic, and excited for a fantastic evening with the best of the best.”
The 2025 Golden Globes WWD Style Awards honorees include:
Tracee Ellis Ross is an actress, singer, producer and TV host, and the creator of Pattern Beauty, hair products designed for curly, coily and tight textured hair.
Anna Sawai is nominated for a 2025 Golden Globe for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Series Drama for her work on FX series, “Shogun.”
American fashion designer Wes Gordon has been the creative director of Carolina Herrera since 2018, and has calibrated a modern elegance on the red carpet, recently dressing 2025 Golden Globe nominees Cynthia Erivo, Selena Gomez and Demi Moore.
Stylist Kate Young has been crafting powerful red carpet moments for two decades for clients, including Julianne Moore, Dakota Johnson, Scarlett Johansson and Michelle Williams.
Hairstylist Chris Appleton is known for tending to the tresses of Arianna Grande, Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, Dua Lipa and Sofia Vergara, among others, as well as for his brand partnership with Color Wow.
Taking a skin care-first approach to beauty, celebrity makeup artist Pati Dubroff works with Margot Robbie, Kirsten Dunst and more, and is a Chanel beauty ambassador.
Facial architecture is Ivan Pol’s forte, and Salma Hayek, Ana de Armas and Laura Harrier are among the devotees of his signature beauty sandwich skin prep treatment.
Jamie Taylor is a Los Angeles-based groomer who works on Hollywood leading men including Timothée Chalamet, Austin Butler and Jared Leto among others.
The WWD Style Awards are presented by Four Seasons, Amazon Beauty and Jared Jewelers.
On Jan. 5, WWD will be live from the red carpet at the Golden Globes. This year’s program will be broadcast on WWD.com, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Amazon Live and WWD’s Storefront on Amazon Beauty.
WWD is part of Fairchild Media Group and the PMC portfolio of media brands, including the Golden Globes and its production company Dick Clark Productions (DCP).
