Select colorways in men’s and women’s sizing of the Nike Air Max 2090 are available now via Nike.com with a 25% price drop, down to $112.97 from its original $150 retail price.

The design of the Nike Air Max 2090 was inspired by an iconic sneaker from the brand, the Air Max 90. It does, however, feature several notable differences. For instance, the Air Max 2090 features Cushlon foam midsole tech that’s paired with extra large Air units in the heels — which makes use of a 200% larger window than the Air Max 90.
The Nike Air Max 2090 is also equipped with durable rubber faux-waffle outsoles featuring large flex grooves for traction and an internal booty construction with a padded heel for a snug and comfortable fit.

Nike, however, did keep certain elements from the Air Max 90 for the Air Max 2090 including the mudguard and the “cassette” design element that highlights the Air unit.
