In keeping with its annual tradition, Brooks has dropped its latest St. Patrick’s Day sneaker to help you celebrate the holiday in style.
Enter: the Brooks Launch 6.
A festive take on one of the brand’s popular models, the limited-edition running shoe features symbols inspired by good luck — including a green upper adorned with shamrocks and horseshoes, plus a “Run Lucky” slogan on the heel collar. It also has a plaid tongue, as well as a gilded sole, overlays and eyelets to help bring the pot of gold to your feet with every step.
“We wanted to up the ante on this year’s shamrock shoe, so we incorporated new design elements that will inspire runners and provide an extra dose of good luck for their St. Patty’s Day Dashes, weekday runs, and anywhere else their shoes take them,” said Brice Newton, director of footwear merchandising. “The use of horseshoes is new this year, which we blend with four-leaf clovers and eye-catching uses of green and gold for a shoe that will deliver an energized, Run Happy experience this holiday and beyond.”
Of course, the festive model isn’t just for looks. To optimize comfort and performance, it features an engineered one-piece mesh breathable upper, a BioMoGo DNA midsole and a Midfoot Transition Zone for quick heel-to-toe transitions.
While the shoe is currently sold out on Brooks.com, you can nab it now on Run Lucky Sherpa Hat ($27) and Run Lucky Socks ($16).
