Headlining the new offerings are the “Back to School” and “International Flight” collections.
The “Back to School” set features the Air Jordan 10, Air Jordan 12 and Air Jordan 13 in colorways honoring the alma maters of Russell Westbrook, Chris Paul and Carmelo Anthony, respectively. Westbrook’s Air Jordan 10 in a red, white, blue and black color scheme represents Leuzinger High School. Paul’s West Forsyth High School is referenced on the Air Jordan 12 in an olive green nylon and suede construction. Anthony’s Oak Hill Academy is translated to the Air Jordan 13 in a black and yellow combination.
The “International Flight” collection is inspired by the many exhibition and charity games Michael Jordan played across the globe throughout his career. An Air Jordan 3 in white, red and blue represents a 1988 charity game in Los Angeles in which he dropped 54 points. The Air Jordan 5 in the pack features a cream, blue and orange color combination modeled after the uniform Jordan wore in an exhibition game in Spain in 1990. Completing the trio is the Air Jordan 12, representing Jordan’s trip to Tokyo in 1996 where he hosted a basketball clinic and participated in a friendly showcase with other NBA superstars.
Elsewhere within the fall ’18 offerings from Jordan Brand is Westbrook’s latest off-court signature shoe, the Westbrook 0.3, featuring a low-profile silhouette in eye-catching prints and color combinations. The highlights conclude with the unveiling of Don C’s new hybrid design, the Legacy 312. The shoe combines details from the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 3 and Nike Air Alpha Force Low.
The sneakers within the fall ’18 collection will begin releasing in August and continue throughout the season.
