The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge touched down in Bhutan today, and they were greeted by state representatives before taking a scenic drive to the country’s capital city of Thimphu.
Kate Middleton arrived wearing an Emilia Wickstead yellow coat dress that she wore back in 2012, along with a pair of nude L.K. Bennett Fern pumps.
In the afternoon, Middleton and Prince William took part in Bhutan’s national sport: archery. Middleton changed into a traditional Bhutanese skirt made by local weaver Kelzan Wangmo and an embroidered cape by Paul & Joe. She opted to keep her L.K. Bennett heels on as she tried her hand at archery and other traditional games.
Middleton and Prince William will also be dining with the King and Queen of Bhutan this evening. After their tour of Bhutan, they will fly back to India to wrap up their trip with a visit to the Taj Mahal.
