Akid Releasing New Collection Inspired By DreamWorks Movie ‘Trolls’

Anticipation continues to build for DreamWorks’ animated movie “Trolls,” due in November.

Justin Timberlake released his song for the film, “Can’t Stop the Feeling,” in May and celebrated its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival with co-star Anna Kendrick. Now, kids shoe brand Akid is getting in on the fun.

The DreamWorks x Akid Good Luck Trolls Collection is available now on AkidBrand.com and will also be stocked at Nordstrom stores starting on Saturday. The collection includes sneakers, sandals, boots and apparel priced from $30-$80.

Sneaker offerings include slipons in black or white with a troll print on the upper and a lace-up leather silhouette in black or white with a multicolored troll print. The collection also includes adorable faux fur slides that mimic the trolls’ fuzzy hair. The boots feature the same troll print and are done in a black or gold leather upper.

The collection is available in sizes from infant to big kids. Akid sneakers are favored by lots of A-list celebrities for their children. Kourtney Kardashian, Gwen Stefani, Beyoncé, Fergie and Kate Hudson have all dressed their little ones in the brand’s kicks.
