It’s been more than two months since the last Yeezy release, and fans are starting to wonder what’s coming next. Both Kanye West and the team at Adidas have been mum on the subject since the Yeezy Season 3 fashion show in New York on Feb. 11 and the subsequent rerelease of the black Yeezy Boost 350 on Feb. 19.
This week, rumors have started to surface that there could be a Yeezy release (or releases) coming soon.
According to a report from Hypebeast, an email from newly appointed Yeezy president Pete Fox was sent to retailers explaining that the Yeezy Season 2 collection, which has hot hit stores, would not be released following a traditional fashion calendar. Instead, pieces will be released throughout the year.
As for shoes, apparently there will be a release on June 6. Some have reported that this will be shoes from the Yeezy Season 2 show that are not being produced with Adidas. If this is the case, the next release might not be a Yeezy Boost sneaker.

West has been photographed many times lately wearing a pair of Yeezy Boost 350s that debuted in his Yeezy Season 3 show. The shoes are possibly called the Yeezy Boost SPLY 350, as pairs West has been wearing have the phrase SPLY on the painted stripe on the shoe’s upper.
In 2015, there were four Yeezy Boost 350 releases and two Yeezy Boost 750 releases, plus the rerelease of the black 350 in February. After so many back-to-back releases, it seems West and Adidas are looking to rebuild the hype by keeping fans waiting a bit longer.
