Check Out NBA Star Stephen Curry’s Latest Under Armour Signature Shoe
Although the shoe has been spotted on the feet of NBA superstar Stephen Curry throughout the offseason and preseason, Under Armour has now officially unveiled the Golden State Warriors baller’s third signature shoe, the Curry 3.
The Under Armour Curry 3 will arrive on ua.com and the UA Shop app on Tuesday in the “Dub Nation Heritage” colorway, and will be followed by the Oct. 27 release of the “SC Camo” colorway (which will be released at retailers worldwide). The shoe will retail for $140.
“Stephen is an exceptional basketball player whose talent is only exceeded by his will to be better every day, on and off the court,” Dave Dombrow, chief design officer at Under Armour, said in a statement. “Our team is inspired by Stephen’s passion for the game and his ingenuity has driven our partnership to create the world’s most technically innovative shoe in the Curry 3, and to keep driving performance footwear forward in-step with the back-to-back MVP.”

New technology updates to the Curry franchise include Under Armour’s latest fabric technology, Threadborne, which the brand said was created after examining the weave construction of a paracord from a parachute. It also boasts the brand’s Meta-Wing technology, which lines the heel to support the subtalor joint to assist with balance, pivoting and shock absorption.
As with his last signature shoe, the Curry 3 employs Charged Cushioning foam, and is paired with Anafoam for lightweight structure and support, and a herringbone traction pattern for stability, grip and support.
