Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors moved one step closer last night to setting a new benchmark for the greatest regular season record in NBA history when they topped the San Antonio Spurs at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, Calif., 112-101.

Curry led all Warriors in scoring Thursday night, dropping 27 points on 11-of-19 shooting, including 3-of-7 shots from downtown. The reigning regular season MVP hit the hardwood in an iteration of his Under Armour Curry Two released back in February, the “All Star,” featuring a white upper and midsole with gold and red hints throughout the shoe.

But the Under Armour-sponsored athlete wasn’t the only Golden State player to put up big numbers in the win. Forward Harrison Barnes – wearing the Adidas Crazyquick 3 – scored 21 points on 8-of-13 shooting, including draining 3-of-7 from 3-point range. And forward Draymond Green also had a solid stat line, scoring 18 points, grabbing seven rebounds and dishing out six assists in the Nike Zoom HyperRev 2016.

Golden State needs to win all three of its remaining games to set the new regular season wins record, topping Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls in the 1995-96 season, when the team went 72-10. The Warriors have one more regular season matchup against the Spurs, hitting the road to face the team at the AT&T Center in San Antonio on Sunday.
