NBA legends Allen Iverson and Shaquille O’Neal — who both laced up Reebok — are officially members of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame today. To celebrate its stars of the hardwood, Reebok released two limited-edition shoes, styles they wore during their careers.
The “Celebrate” iterations of Iverson’s Question Mid and O’Neal’s Shaq Attaq are available now via reebok.com, and both retail for $275.
Both styles boast uppers made with premium Italian Pellegrini leather with a platinum metallic finish, smooth leather accents on the heels, and deep stamped logos. On the Question, the toe also features smooth leather on the toe cap. Also incorporated into both shoes are soft chalk leather linings.
The Question Mid and Shaq Attaq, according to Reebok, pay homage to Iverson’s and O’Neal’s lasting marks on basketball and popular culture of the time. The shoes also are a thank you from Iverson and O’Neal to their fans and supporters, as messages are featured on the insoles of both sneakers.
Reebok has offered several iterations of the classic Question Mid throughout the year, the 20th anniversary of the shoe, which was his first signature look with the brand.
