Hopefully you didn’t already succumb to its $725 resell price because the “Obsidian” Air Jordan 4 Premium is due for an official launch on Sept. 17.
These luxurious Air Jordan 4 Premiums — which have also been nicknamed “Pinnacle” — feature a dark-blue, quilted-leather upper that blends various stitching patterns for a patchwork-like look. Additional details come in the form of leather laces and rose gold metal hits along the eyelets and heel tab.
On Sept. 9, the Air Jordan 4 Premium “Obsidian” sneakers were selling for nearly double their retail price at resell shop Stadium Goods. A look at the store’s current stock shows that at least one pair of the premium Jordan 4s were purchased for the $725 asking price.
The Air Jordan 4 Premium “Obsidian” is the third Air Jordan 4 Premium release of 2016; the “Pony Hair” (aka “Black”) and “Snakeskin” styles were issued in April and May, respectively. Furthermore, a Timberland-inspired colorway also looks be to in the works, although nothing has been confirmed regarding that pair.
If you’re hoping to add these to your collection Sept. 17, here’s what you need to know. Online, the release is scheduled for that day at 10 a.m. ET via Nike SNKRS, and they’ll also be available from select Jordan Brand retailers in store and online.
The retail price for the Air Jordan 4 Premium “Obsidian” is $400, and they will be offered exclusively in men’s sizes 8-12, 13 and 14.
