After the successful launch of its first full-length video, “Away Days,” Adidas Skateboarding‘s team is hitting the road for a national tour that will stop in seven major U.S. cities.
The tour will showcase the talents of Adidas skateboarders, including the legendary Dennis Busenitz, Silas Baxter-Neal, Daewon Song, Jake Donnelly, Miles Silvas, Tyshawn Jones and Pete Eldridge.
It all begins on August 14 in Seattle, with subsequent stops in Portland on August 15, San Francisco on Aug. 17, Los Angeles on Aug. 20, San Diego on Aug. 21, New York on Sept.23, and Boston on Sept. 25.
Along with skate demos by the aforementioned pros, the “Away Days” tour will feature a “Bring Your Build” contest, which challenges shops and skateboarders to create their own ramps and structures for the event.
“Bring Your Build” winners will receive cash to help fund their next DIY creation.
