Here’s A Look At All The Adidas Originals NMDs Dropping This Month

Lately, Adidas Originals has been promising its Twitter followers that there would be several big releases to come. The brand is keeping its word: Not only is it unveiling the new NMD_XR1 in several colorways for both men and women, but it’s also releasing the original NMD_R1 in new colors.
Footwear News has rounded up all of the upcoming NMD releases to know about through September.
NMD_XR1 Glitch Pack (Women’s)
The NMD_XR1 Glitch Pack is the first women’s exclusive drop of the new NMD silhouette. The upper features a flat-knit glitch motif, a leather heel patch and signature white Boost midsole with white EVA inserts.

NMD_XR1 Glitch (Men’s)
This NMD_XR1 for men features the same glitch motif as the women’s style, but in a tonal white colorway. The kicks also have the same leather accents, Boost midsole and EVA inserts.

NMD_XR1 Women’s (Tonal white micro rib)
This release for women features a tonal white micro rib upper, suede accents, a white Boost midsole and EVA inserts.
Release date: Aug. 18
NMD_XR1 (Two-tone micro rib)
Another two-tone NMD_XR1 — this one for men — is done in a striking blue and black micro rib upper with black suede accents and a white Boost midsole. Adidas is also offering up a pair in tonal black in the fall.
Release date: Aug. 18 (blue and black); Sept. 17 (tonal black)

NMD_R1 Triple Black
This tonal black colorway also features a colored Boost midsole.

NMD_R1 (Red)
Although Adidas has introduced the NMD_XR1, it still has plans to release NMD_R1s in addition to the Triple Black and Solar Red pairs. The brand will drop a red pair with a white Boost midsole and navy and red EVA inserts.
