On Tuesday, Kanye West apologized to Michael Jordan on Twitter, likely for a line in his song “Facts” which says that “Yeezy, Yeezy, Yeezy just jumped over Jumpman,” alluding to the idea that his sneakers are more popular than Air Jordans.
West said that his “beef was with Mark Parker,” Nike‘s CEO. West parted ways with Nike in 2013 to work with Adidas. Following the release of “Facts” on Dec. 31, Michael Jordan’s son Marcus took to Twitter to laugh off West’s claims that Yeezys have surpassed Jordans.
West continued sounding off on Twitter and said that he thinks the Nike LeBron 13 LuxBron shoes being released for NBA All-Star Weekend are “pretty cool” and that LeBron James is his “brother.”

Meanwhile, West also bashed Puma after rumors emerged that Kylie Jenner may be signing a deal with the athletic brand.
“Puma we gone give you your measly million dollars back!!! Never try to divide the family!!!” West wrote.
On Thursday West is debuting his Yeezy Season 3 collection and his new album at Madison Square Garden–the first time he’s opening one of his fashion shows to the public.
