Kanye West is continuing to clear issues up via Twitter on Tuesday. After shutting down rumors that Kylie Jenner signed a deal to be the face of Puma, West is now apologizing to Michael Jordan.
In his recently released single “Facts,” West trashed his former partner Nike. The song’s hook is “Yeezy, Yeezy, Yeezy just jumped over Jumpman,” alluding to his Yeezy sneakers surpassing Air Jordans in popularity.
He also makes claims that “Nike treat employees just like slaves/Gave LeBron a billi’ not to run away.”
I’m sorry Michael Jordan I love and respect you. My beef was with Mark Parker. I respect you so much!

Following the release of the song, Jordan’s son Marcus took to Twitter to respond writing, “Yeezy just jumped over @Jumpamn23??” LOL I needed a good laugh to start my #2016.”
West said on Twitter on Tuesday that he respects Michael Jordan and that his “beef” was with Nike CEO Mark Parker. West parted way with Nike to work with Adidas in 2013.
