Michelle Obama and Ryan Seacrest visited the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C., on Monday to spread some holiday cheer to the hospital’s patients. But the first lady and the TV-radio personality may not have been the center of attention.
Obama brought along her family’s dogs, Sunny and Bo, who sat in front of her as she and Seacrest read “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.” The first lady answered lots of questions about the dogs, including whether they had made the “naughty” or “nice” list this year. Obama looked festive in a black and pink floral top, black pants and black flats, which look to be Jimmy Choo’s Romy flats.

She also joined some children in the hospital’s Seacrest Studios. Through his foundation, Seacrest has created 10 studios in pediatric hospitals around the country to allow patients to explore radio, TV and media.
First ladies have been visiting the Children’s National Medical Center since Bess Truman began the tradition during husband Harry Truman’s presidency in the 1940s.
