Kerry Washington Wows In Christian Louboutin At ‘Confirmation’ Premiere

Kerry Washington was once again on the red carpet, and this time it wasn’t for “Scandal.” The star of the hit ABC television series was in Los Angeles last night to promote her new film, “Confirmation,” which will debut on HBO later this month.
Washington stepped out in a floral dress by Dolce & Gabbana and turned once again to one of her favorite shoe designers, Christian Louboutin. Her black strappy heels were a subtle complement to the bold patterned gown.
Washington stars as Anita Hill, who accused Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment during his confirmation hearings. The accusations were a major media topic during the early 1990s, with Hill facing scrutiny for the accusations. To this day, questions persist about her claims. Besides starring in the lead role for the HBO film, Washington is also an executive producer.
At the premiere, fellow “Scandal” stars Katie Lowes and Bellamy Young were on hand. Gabrielle Union, Sen. Barbara Boxer and Zendaya were also on the red carpet.
