This fall, Kate Middleton and Prince William are heading to Canada for the second time — and all eyes will certainly be on the Duchess of Cambridge’s shoe style.
The couple first visited Canada in 2011, and that trip marked the young royals’ first trip as newlyweds.
“The Duke and Duchess are delighted to be returning to Canada,” Kensington Palace said in a statement. “They hold very happy memories from their visit in 2011 — their first overseas tour as a married couple. They are really looking forward to seeing other parts of this beautiful country and having the opportunity to meet many more Canadians along the way.”
During the first trip, Middleton mixed high and low fashion, something she has become known for. She donned some standout luxury shoes, including pumps from Tabitha Simmons and Manolo Blahnik. But Middleton also chose high-street brand Pied A Terre slingback wedges to pair with a high-end printed Issa dress. And she even wore Sebago flats to brave the rain. She also slipped on cowboy boots to greet young fans and wore her trusty L.K. Bennett pumps for a few occasions.
What will Middleton wear this time around? One of her new favorite designers, Rupert Sanderson, is likely to make an appearance.
