Dakota Johnson was just one the celebrities spotted with Taylor Swift on Wednesday night. Johnson joined her famous friends, including Swift, Cara Delevingne, Lily Aldridge and Zoe Kravitz, at a private Kings of Leon concert in New York City.
Earlier in the day, Johnson looked stylish on the NYC streets, pairing Gucci leather ankle boots with jeans, a black tee and a gray overcoat. The popular shoes retail for $1,290, and it’s not the first time the “Fifty Shades Darker” actress has been spotted in the designer footwear.
During Milan Fashion Week in September, Johnson made an appearance at the Gucci spring ’17 fashion show in the label’s ankle boots and spring ’17 silk dress. The shoes, made in Italy, feature black leather with a block heel and square toe, along with an interlocking GG plaque with red and green buckling details.
Johnson is big fan of Gucci and is often seen wearing the brand for red-carpet appearances. Even her red-carpet look for the Met Gala in New York was Gucci.
Thanks to the best-selling “Fifty Shades” book trilogy, Johnson was quickly catapulted into Hollywood mayhem and has become a regular at award shows and fashion shows. Since starring in the first “Fifty Shades” movie, Johnson has gone on to play Whitey Bulger’s girlfriend in “Black Mass,” and she’s expanded her genre range with a lead role in the comedy “How to Be Single.”
Next up, she will be back on the press trail as “Fifty Shades Darker” hits theaters in February.
