Beyoncé’s HBO ‘Lemonade’ Special Debuts, Shoe Style ‘Formation’

Beyoncé rarely does anything subtle.

That’s why expectations are likely high for fans awaiting the debut of her HBO special “Lemonade.” The program airs Saturday at 9 p.m. EST during the network’s free weekend preview. An encore presentation will air on Sunday at 8 p.m. EST.

And if history repeats itself, Beyoncé’s special event will showcase her striking footwear style, such as the boots and heels designed by Stuart Weitzman and Joker’s Closet that were featured in her On the Run concert tour that also aired on HBO in 2014.

A year earlier, she gave an intimate look at her life in the documentary “Life Is But a Dream.”
