Beyoncé and her daughter, Blue Ivy, might have won Halloween when it comes to mother-daughter matching costumes.
The singer and the 4-year-old were 1980s-’90s female rap group Salt-N-Pepa. Despite the fact that Blue Ivy was born long after the height of Salt-N-Pepa’s stardom, she still pulled off the look effortlessly. The two wore bright jackets similar to those worn by the rappers in their 1986 music video for “Push It.” Beyoncé wore a shiny red jumpsuit, while Blue went with a white one. They capped off their looks with gold chains and door-knocker earrings.
Beyoncé’s footwear was also on point — she wore Reebok gold high-top sneakers. It looked as if Blue wore a pair of green Dr. Martens boots (the shoes are also a favorite of fellow celebrity kid North West).

Even Beyoncé’s husband, Jay Z, and her mom, Tina Knowles, got in on the fun and both dressed in classic ’80s hip-hop garb. Beyoncé posted a video compilation of photos of the whole family’s look, set to “Push It,” of course.
