“American Horror Story: Hotel” actor Denis O’Hare spiced up the 2016 Golden Globes red carpet with a pair of extreme Christian Louboutin platforms. O’Hare paired the sky-high heels with a plaid suit, dark tie and black pants.
O’Hare plays transgender bartender Liz Taylor on “AHS: Hotel,” and often gives the Countess a run for her money when it comes to the fashion front. O’Hare’s character is detailed with headpieces, furs, statement jewels and sleek dresses paired with heels.
Co-star Lady Gaga just won the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress for her performance as the Countess. For the occasion, Gaga wore a Versace gown and Brian Atwood heels.

Gaga continually wears Brian Atwood for her major red carpet moments — including the premiere of “AHS: Hotel” where she was (conveniently) draped in a red gown, wearing matching platform Brian Atwood heels.
During her tearful acceptance speech, Gaga individually thanked her castmates and dubbed the moment one of the greatest in her life. She said, “I wanted to be an actress before I wanted to be a singer — but music worked out first.”
