Nike leads the way with weekend releases, but Adidas adds a signature basketball shoe to the mix. Here’s what new shoes sneakerheads can pick up this weekend.
Nike Kobe X Flight
Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant is watching the playoffs from his couch, but that isn’t stopping Nike from releasing another colorway of his signature shoe. On Friday, the brand will release the Kobe X Flight, a teal, bright citrus, white and black shoe, with a retail price tag of $180.
Nike KD 7 Flight
The Oklahoma City Thunder getting a new coach isn’t the only good news Kevin Durant has heard this week. On Friday, Nike will release the KD 7 Flight, the charcoal, gray, red and teal coloway of his signature shoe. The shoe – with a retail price tag of $150 – boasts red lightening bolts on the heel.

Nike LeBron 12 Flight
The popular LeBron 12 will be released Friday in another colorway, with the Cavaliers superstar still in the NBA playoffs. The wolf gray, bright citrus and black colorway has a retail price tag of $200.
Adidas J Wall 1 Floral
Washington Wizards guard John Wall’s signature shoe, the J Wall 1, gets a second floral makeover. Releasing Friday is the J Wall 1, a floral print upper with a black and orange outsole, separated by a strip of white that surrounds the shoe. The shoe has a $115 price tag.
Air Jordan 5 Hornets
Michael Jordan or fans of his shoes have another reason to be happy, as the Jordan 5 gets another makeover, with a May 2 release date. The sneaker will release in the Charlotte Hornets colors, a navy boot with turquoise and white highlights. The shoe has a price tag of $190.
