Reebok Re-Releases Allen Iverson’s Original Question Shoe

The first signature shoe of the flashy and controversial Philadelphia 76ers legendary guard, Allen Iverson, will hit stores once again on Saturday.

The Question, the renowned 1990s basketball silhouette from Reebok, will make its way to stores in a low-cut version with a $115 retail price tag. The shoe boasts the original release’s colorway, which matches the away jersey Iverson wore in his first season (when he famously shook Michael Jordan using his incredible crossover, hitting a jumper in his face).

The shoe features an all-white upper with red on the toe cap, eyelets, heel and Reebok branding the midsole and the tongue. The outsole is also white with an icy bottom and within the brand’s Hexalite cushioning system near the heel and mid-foot.

Reebok hasn’t taken the route of brands such as Nike, which regularly releases retro editions of its iconic silhouettes. This 15th anniversary edition of the Question will be the first Reebok throwback style to hit stores since April, when the brand released the Green Fifteen in the white-and-green colorway of the shoes that Michigan State standout guard Mateen Cleaves wore while leading his team to victory in the 2000 NCAA men’s basketball tournament.
