From retailer collaborations to updated versions of classics, here’s a roundup of what new sneakers you can purchase this weekend.
Packer Shoes Collaborates With Diadora
The New Jersey-based store and the Italian footwear company joined forces to create an exclusive version of the N9000, the Dinamo Zagreb. The second collaboration between the retailer and the sneaker company boasts an orange and blue colorway, based off of the Croatian soccer team’s 2006-08 away jersey. The sneaker – available Saturday – retails at $200, is limited to one pair per customer, and is available exclusively at Packer Shoes.
Bait Creates San Francisco-Themed Collaboration With Asics

The first collaboration between the retailer and the sneaker brand is a Gel Lyte V that pays homage to California basketball – specifically the Bay Area – inspired by the success of the Golden State Warriors. The shoe – named Splash City – boasts a black, blue and white colorway with gold accents, will be available Saturday exclusively at Bait, and retails at $150.
Nike to Release the Foamposite Pro Gym Red
The Foamposite is one of Nike’s most beloved sneakers to date, and fans of the classic model are sure to go crazy for the Saturday release of the Gym Red. The sneaker has a very bold look –a solid red boot, lining and outsole, with a slight bit of contrast with the black presence in the midsole. The shoe retails at $230.
Foot Patrol and Asics Collaborate on Tiger Gel Kayano Trainer
London-based retailer Foot Patrol and Asics have come together to create the Storm, a Tiger Gel Kayano Trainer in a royal blue, magenta and white colorway, available exclusively through the retailer – both in-store and online. The limited-edition sneaker – the second Tiger Gel Kayano Trainer collaboration with Foot Patrol – retails at £120 (roughly $177) and is available starting Saturday.
Nike Releases Air Max 1 Ultra Pack for Women Only
Female sneakerheads will have their pick of six new Air Max 1 Ultras on Saturday as the company is set to release the City Collection. The shoes boast three floral design patterns for six different cities: New York and Paris; Tokyo and London; and Milan and Shanghai. Each sneaker in the pack retails at $180.
