While fans will have to wait for Philadelphia rapper and Maybach Music Group standout Meek Mill to finish his second album, “Dreams Worth More Than Money,” they can pick up a pair of his new sneakers, a second collaborative effort with Puma. The rap star and the German-based sneaker company paired up again, this time to release the “Patent Pack,” a pair of patent leather signature shoes, the Basket Classic and the Challenge.
The first release of the Meek Mill collaboration is the Basket Classic, which is set to hit shelves on March 21. A bold red outsole and laces, as well an embossed version of the company’s iconic formstripe, accompany the black patent leather low profile boot. In April, the Challenge will be released. The mid style patent leather boot will also boast an embossed formstripe but feature a silver outsole, with silver accents throughout the sneaker.
Fans of the sneakers and the rapper will be able to purchase them at Foot Locker as well as select Villa and Shiekh Shoes locations.
