Kids Foot Locker has teamed up with Chicago Bulls star Joakim Noah for its new marketing campaign, “Joakim Noah Says the Joakimiest Things To Kids.” The company will air the commercials on TV and on its YouTube channel, starting today.
The campaign consists of a series of 30-second videos, running through mid-May, with the baller speaking with kids in a manner similar to a kids’ comedy show.
“Joakim is one of the NBA’s funniest and most recognizable personalities,” said Stacy Cunningham, EVP of marketing for Kids Foot Locker, in a statement. “His ability to connect with kids, combined with the perfect amount of zaniness, makes him the ideal choice to star in our campaign to position Kids Foot Locker as the best destination for the freshest kids’ gear.”
The commercials will feature products from Adidas that are available at Kids Foot Locker, including the ZX Flux shoes.

The TV networks the commercials will air on are Cartoon Network, The Disney Channel and Nickelodeon.
“It was really fun getting to film these commercials and show off my personality,” Noah said in a statement. “It was a thrill for me to work with Kids Foot Locker on these spots to put a contemporary spin on a show that was popular when I was a kid.”
