[UPDATED] Photo Of White Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 Emerges On Instagram
[UPDATED Aug. 27] Following the image being released yesterday on Instagram, sneaker-cleaning and protection-solution company Crep Protect released another image via its Instagram account of the white Yeezy Boost 350 sneakers allegedly worn by rap star Kanye West at renowned NBA guard James Harden’s all-white birthday party Tuesday night.
[ORIGINAL Aug. 26] Newly Adidas-sponsored NBA star James Harden turns 26 today. He celebrated his birthday yesterday with an all-white party on a yacht thrown by girlfriend Khloe Kardashian.
But the big news from the event involves Kanye West, who was reportedly spotted at the party wearing all-white Adidas Yeezy Boost 350s.
Instagram user @ernny_the_man posted an image on his account claiming the rap star was wearing the shoes at the event, though the image was just from the waist down to the floor.
Singer and Kanye West collaborator John Mayer chimed in on Twitter, writing, “Uh, it’s a photo negative. Mystery solved.” The Instagram user replied to the singer via his Twitter account, @ernnytheman, writing, “Here’s his hand and wedding ring. If I made the photo negative wouldn’t his arm be a different color?? @JohnMayer.”

The wildly popular all-black Yeezy Boost 350 was released Saturday, featuring a black-with-dark-gray-accented Primeknit upper and an all-black Boost outsole. The shoe had a retail price of $200, but, as to be expected, many pairs are now listed on consignment website eBay for as much as $20,000.
In even more Yeezy news, Chris Brown took to social media earlier today to declare that he had dyed his pair bright red.
