Reebok Classic and L.A.-based designer Melody Eshani are continuing their collaboration for fall ’15 with the “CL LTHR LUX ME” sneaker. The shoes are currently available at her L.A. store and online, and at select retailers on June 19.
The Classic Leather Lux Reebok silhouette is covered in a colorful gradient python print, complete with Eshani’s signature evil eye and lace embellishment, and a brick rubber outsole. This style continues the designer’s inspirational messaging with “Just be yourself” described on the vamp.
“When I was working on this shoe, I was doing a lot of internal work, struggling with trying to find answers to some of life’s big questions. I’ve done enough work up to this point to know that I just had to go deeper within myself,” said Eshani of the current collaboration.
“When I did, I developed a greater awareness of myself, understanding that the core of me is limitless. We are concrete individuals in a physical world. However, we come from an abstract source. The emotion of that limitlessness was best understood to me through the gradation of these colors that I applied to the signature python pattern on this particular shoe.”

Reebok and Melody Eshani recently teamed up for a May 1 release of the classic Ventilator and Blacktop Pump silhouettes for women, using python leather and her much-used evil eye along the laces.
The latest “CL LTHR LUX ME” shoes will retail for $149.99.
