When it comes to her music, Taylor Swift pretty much couldn’t have had a bigger year than she did. The 26-year-old headlined her massive 1989 World Tour, traveling across the U.S. and all the way to Asia. But she also had a standout style year — especially her shoes.
For her tour, Stuart Weitzman provided Swift’s dramatic boots and sandals. She often wore Weitzman’s Alllegs thigh-high boots, sparkly ankle booties or silver strappy sandals.
In June, Weitzman attended Swift’s concert in Philadelphia. He said his favorite style on Swift is the Alllegs. “If every woman had legs like Taylor, we would sell more shoes,” he said.
During her free time this year, Swift was often seen out and about with friends and her boyfriend, DJ Calvin Harris, often wearing sky-high heels. Swift is a fan of Prada footwear — she’s been seen in the label’s platform sandals and suede pumps.
She also has an eye for unique styles, including Charlotte Olympia’s Kitty pumps and Giuseppe Zanotti’s bright aqua patent leather pumps.
Swift’s red carpet style was on point this year, too. At the Billboard Music Awards in May, she paired her sexy cutout Balmain jumpsuit with Brian Atwood Tribeca sandals.
At the MTV Video Music Awards in August, Swift showed up with her girl squad. She opted for an eye-catching multicolored sequin Ashish ensemble, paired with mixed-media Christian Louboutin pumps.
The next big event for Swift will be the 2016 Grammy Awards in February, where she’s nominated for seven awards.
