Mindy Kaling’s Celebrity Shoe Style

Mindy Kaling is definitely a fan of shoes. The star has been making the red carpet rounds, promoting season four of her show, and it’s usually pretty safe to assume she’ll pick a stellar brand and standout shoes.

During the Hulu 2015 TCA Tour Presentation, Kaling donned a pair of white pointed-toe pumps. But don’t be fooled — the star is certainly not afraid of color.

At a recent costume-design event, she opted for neon pumps. While touring for her latest film “Inside Out,” she dressed up the pumps by donning a pair of aqua shoes by Jimmy Choo. She is also a known fan of big brands like Nicholas Kirkwood and Christian Louboutin.

In fact, Kaling is often dressed on the carpet by “The Mindy Project” costume designer and friend Salvador Perez, in custom looks.

Kaling’s personal closet is a force to be reckoned with as well. “I had to borrow from her a couple of times. Her [collection] of shoes is amazing,” Perez told FN. “She has the same passion that I do.”

Season four will debut on Hulu on Sept. 15. FN can’t wait for more shoe moments on set.
