Givenchy New York Fashion Week Spring 2016: Front Row Highlights

Kim Kardashian West, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Julia Roberts, Ciara and Margot Robbie were among the big names who sat front row at Givenchy‘s first New York Fashion Week show on Friday evening.
Uma Thurman, who presented Manolo Blahnik with his FIT award this week, was also there, along with Christina Ricci, Amanda Seyfried, Courtney Love and many others.
Shoe designer Chloe Gosselin and David Copperfield were also in attendance following Gosselin’s New York Fashion Week event earlier in the week.
Not surprisingly, model Kendall Jenner also walked in the show, creating a stir as usual.
The star-studded event was held at Pier 26 in TriBeCa, where attendees had a stunning view of One World Trade Center. It was a particularly fitting location on a reflective day for New York.
The Parisian fashion house and its designer Riccardo Tisci were determined to make the experience a memorable one.

The fashion house generated major buzz for moving its show from Paris to New York. Givenchy, which also just opened a flagship on Madison Avenue, opened the show to the public (through a special contest) and hundreds of fashion students also attended.
