[UPDATED] Celebrity Shoes: Inside Their Closets

Mariah Carey, Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Rachel Zoe and Paris Hilton have one thing in common: They have serious shoe closets.
These stars appear to put as much effort into their storage systems and closet design as they do into acquiring the shoes — makes sense given their extensive and valuable collections. Mariah Carey was the most recent celebrity to give us a look at her shoe closet. The singer wrote on Instagram that her shoe closet is “always my favorite room in the house … #shoes #shoes #moreshoes.”
Carey’s appears to be color-coordinated and organized by shoe type. Her tall boots sit on the bottom shelves and her strappy sandals are above.

Kylie Jenner also recently gave us a peek inside her closet: “so … I splurged today. #welcometothefam,” Jenner wrote of her six new pairs of heels, four of which are pointy-toe Christian Louboutin pumps. She also added to her collection a pair of Gianvito Rossi Portofino sandals, which sisters Kendall and Kim Kardasian have also been spotted wearing.

In true Kardashian/Jenner style, Caitlyn Jenner has also showed off her closet on Instagram.
It’s no surprise that stylist and designer Rachel Zoe has a massive shoe collection. From pumps to sandals to booties, she has them all. “If anyone knows how to keep a closet organized, it’s a stylist,” she wrote on Instagram. True to form, her shoes are organized in neat rows.
