Undefeated x Nike Kobe 5 Protro “What If” Pack Releases This Month

For Mamba Week 2020, Nike will be teaming up with Undefeated on two different variations of the Nike Kobe 5 Protro that make up the brand new “What If” pack.

To make Mamba Week 2020 even better, Nike has sought help from Undefeated, a long-time collaborator with both Nike and Kobe. While three different Protro 5’s are releasing that are very special and commemorate special aspects of Kobe’s life. To further the sentimental vibes, Undefeated has added two different special themes to the sneaker that may be one of the best yet. The Kobe Bryant era began in the 1996 Draft where 12 teams passed on Kobe Bryant in the draft. One pair in this Undefeated two-pack collaboration is comprised of a combination of colors from those 12 teams, while the other pair includes colors from the franchise (The Charlotte Hornets) that made the trade, symbolizing the What If? motivation that drove Kobe to outwork his opponents. The entire pack shows the constant struggle of chasing your dreams and accepting the fact that things are not always going to go your way but with constant dedication to your craft, the possibilities are endless. Kobe Bryant was living proof of proving people wrong his whole life and in the end, he became the face of the entire NBA and a main figure in the sports world. According to Undefeated, the Nike Kobe 5 Protro “What If” Pack will be releasing on August 27th, 2020 exclusively at UNDEFEATED.com. There will be a raffle for a chance to purchase the pack two days earlier on August 25th, so be on the lookout for that. Expect an insane amount of hype for the pack so if you’re interested in picking up a pair, don’t sleep on your chances.
