Why lie, January was a pretty slow month for sneakers. On the other-hand though, February looks to be stacked with a lot of heat involving Valentine’s Day and All-Star weekend. Here we’ll round out the top sneaker releases this month and all of the shoes you should have your eyes on.
First, let’s get into Nike’s February lineup. While the majority of the month will be Jordan’s, Nike has put together a month that should not go denounced. From the looks of it, Nike SB will rule the month with three releases. One Nike SB Dunk is arriving with Strangelove with a pink velvet Valentine’s Day theme, the second with Travis Scott on his plaid and deconstructable anticipated silhouette and the third is the re-release of the Nike SB Dunk Low Plum. Jerry Lorenzo also has an Air Fear of God 1, while Don C celebrates Chicago on an Air Force 1. Lastly, the second coming of the Nike Adapt BB is here with the 2.0 version that boasts performance and makeover upgrades along with LeBron Jame’s, Kyrie’s, Kevin Durant’s, Giannis’s and Paul George’s All-Star releases.
Moving onto Jordan’s impressive collection, there are quite a few releases that will be coveted by many sneakerheads. The Air Jordan 3 Red Cement will be releasing as well as the Air Jordan 1 UNC to Chicago, Air Jordan 1 Pine Green, Air Jordan 1 Varsity Red and the anticipated Air Jordan 1 New Beginnings Pack that will release the Starship and Hi ’85. Along with all of those classic and retro editions, Virgil Abloh will likely highlight the month with the Off-White Air Jordan 5 that has been rumored for a long time. Overall, a pretty impressive lineup that is guaranteed to get better as the month goes on.
Lastly, adidas will be having a huge month with Yeezy as well as the Ultra Boost 20. While we don’t have any release details for the All-Star weekend collection, they are guaranteed to have a few things up their sleeves. First, off they will be releasing a Valentine’s Day edition of their Stan Smith and Superstar while the Ultra Boost 20 goes Triple Red for the month of love. They also are expected to be releasing the Yeezy 350 V2 Flax, and the 380 Mist, while the new 700 MNVN and 350 V2 Marsh is confirmed for the month.
February is completely stacked as all brands begin to release more and more shoes. While January was pretty slow, don’t get too comfortable with relaxing as the month is set to begin hot and heavy with releases every weekend. As always click on any of the shoes discussed above that you’re interested in to be taken to SneakerLinks if the shoe has a confirmed release date for direct links to raffles or more information oh how and when to buy or an article post that gives the full details regarding the sneaker as well as our expectations on when they will be released.
