Korean streetwear brand thisisneverthat is back with Converse this season to renew their partnership with a fresh collaboration. This time, they are featring the One Star Pro low-top model as their canvas, in a dusty shade of green canvas.
thisisneverthat has had a number of excellent sneaker releases over the past few years. The bulk of their projects are team-ups with New Balance, helping to debut fresh releases like the 2002R several years ago, as well as the 1906R after that. Along the way, they launched a project with Converse in 2021, featuring pre-aged versions of classics. Now, the two are back for another release this year.
The Korean apparel brand is well-known for their simple, but excellent takes on essential menswear and streetwear silhouettes. This season, they are adding a skate shoe to their arsenal with the Converse One Star Pro. The low-top basketball-turned-lifestyle model gets a new canvas build for this release, paired with a suede toe and tongue. Stitching is added in white to contrast the dark green textiles, with white stars, laces, and soles to complete the look.
