Salehe Bembury’s upcoming Vans collaboration is finally gearing up for a release, after being teased by the famed designer a few months ago. Coming in three colors, the Spunge x Vault by Vans project releases this week.
Salehe Bembury is collecting sneaker collaborations like Thanos collected infinity stones. Kicking off his remarkable string of releases with New Balance in 2020, the former Versace and Yeezy footwear designer has gone on to work with several major sneaker brands, most recently collaborating with Vault by Vans through his Spunge brand. Working on the classic Authentic model, Bembury’s version applies a fingerprint-like pattern across the uppers, similar to his immensely popular Crocs silhouette. The Spunge Vans Authentic is set to release in three colorways, the first in blue with yellow accents, brown with sand accents, and pink with tan accents to round out the collection.
SPUNGE X VAULT BY VANS AUTHENTIC RELEASE INFORMATION
Salehe Bembury’s Spunge brand has scheduled the release of their Vault by Vans collaboration, featuring three patterned colorways of the Authentic. Coming in blue & yellow, pink, and brown colors, pairs will be available from the Spunge website on August 4th, 2022, likely with a price tag of $100.
