U.K. Retailer Size? is well-known for having some of the best exclusive adidas sneakers around. This week, the shop announced they would be expanding the line, this time with their new “Hawaiian Thunderstorm” adidas I-5923.
The adidas I-5923 is quickly becoming one of the brand’s essential models. First released over a year ago, the I-5923, originally the Iniki, was created to bridge the gap between the performance of Boost and classic adidas looks. The silhouette has executed this goal marvelously, serving as a higher-end twist on 70’s adidas styling. Now, one of the greatest adidas collaborators of all time will put their interesting twist on the shoe. UK retailer Size? has been home to some of the best exclusive adidas sneakers on the planet. The store is a staple of the British sneaker community and their next addition will certainly cement their legacy. The new Size? x adidas I-5923 “Hawaiian Thunderstorm” begins with an all-black base, followed by accented teal suede overlays around the toe and heel support. For more tropical tones, a peach-like hue takes over the heel tab, tongue branding, and highlights the side stripes. The tropical accents on top of the inky black base make this a perfect fit for the “Hawaiian Thunderstorm” moniker. Aside from the exclusive colorway and limited numbers, the only factor identifying it as a size? x adidas product is a large question mark above the lateral stripes.
