Asics has found another exciting new collaborative partner this season in Sansan Gear, a Korean streetwear/outdoor apparel brand. Their first project features two green-based looks for the GEL-Terrain, coming soon.
Asics has been on an unprecedented run of excellent collaborations over the last few years, scouring the globe for exciting and up-and-coming partners for new releases. This season, they teamed up with Korean streetwear brand Sansan gear for a three-piece collection of the GEL-Terrain. After an exclusive release last month, two of the pairs are making their way to global markets next month.
Sansan’s name comes from the Korean word for mountain, which in turn inspires their functional, contemporary clothing that is applicable for both urban and outdoor wear. Their new collection with Asics focuses on the latter, taking on the GEL-Terrain model for several green-based color palettes. The simpler style features a white and grey base with bright green accents, while a darker “Bronze” green look adds shades of olive and black to complete the look.

The upcoming release of Sansan Gear’s take on the Asics GEL-Terrain is scheduled for its global release next month, on October 4th, 2024. The Jolly Green and Bronze Green pairs will be available from Asics and select retailers, though a price tag is not yet available.
